bug system is broken

I have been trying to submit a bug report into the PEAR bug system and
it refuses to work. first it keeps asking me to fill out the correct
captcha, when I have filled out the correct one..

Then I tried submitting a bug w/o specifying a username..
And it says "you need to specify a usernamne", but gives me no place to
actually enter in a username after that point.

I had filed a bug last week w/o any issues..

I can't reproduce this problem, are you sure the captcha is correct?

This I was able to verify. It will be fixed ASAP.

I had filed a bug last week w/o any issues..

The bug tracker was modified yesterday to require a username, this is an
attempt to eliminate the need for captcha altogether as well as to
better credit bug fixers who are not pear developers. It also removes
public display of email addresses, which should cut down on spam
generated from simply opening a bug report.

Sorry you experienced a roadbump here, I'd like to get this working for
you. Could you try again with a fresh browser session?
