pear-bug list?

Hi all,


Do we want a pear-bug list or re-use pear-comments? Rasmus pointed out
that a list is trivial to setup, so we shouldn't be afraid. I'm all for
it. Helgi?

I told you couple of times that pear-bugs is fine with me if Rasmus wants to
do the leg work and has no complaints about it.
The decision to use the already existing pear-comments was ... well because
it was already there and not being used ... that's all.

I told Rasmus via email and on IRC last night that it was fine to add
pear-bugs and remove pear-comments if he had the time.
